Widows right after husband

Hi, Can you help me in family law.

My bro died in a accident recently. He was married three months before the death. Marriage cost also was taken over by my father. Even their baby is not been confirmed as it is only three months. My anni family is demanding 20 lakhs for settlement. I myself is not married. My father is in the verge of retiring from his own business. And all of my fathers property is out of his own earnings. My father is ready to give back what all my anni got from her parents after marriage and also my father is ready to give my anni his part of settlement amount tat comes out of accident and my anni personally gets one share out of it and also she gets my brothers company policy settlement. in this case what are we legally bound to give to my anni...

In the accident settlement amount, she is entitled to half of it and the remaining half goes to your mother, if she survived.  If your mother has not survived to your brother, entire settlement amount goes to your sister-in-law.  If your mother is there, and also if your sister in law is pregnant, then the entire settlement amount will be divided into three parts and two parts go to your sister in law and one part go to your mother. Your father, yourself, and your brothers do not have any right on that part.  Every piece of gift she got from her relatives side as well as your parents side, which is called stri-dhan has to be given to her.  Further, in the same ratio, your brother's employment benefits will be distributed amongst your mother, your sister-in-law and her baby in equal ratios.  If she is unemployed and has no source of her income, she is entitled to seek monthly maintenance from your father.
