Hearing to implement the order of divisional joint regsitrar

Brief history :- Society was not giving me membership. Divisor Joint Registrar ruled in my favour & on 16 Feb 2026 the order come in my favour.
Thereafter the society did not implement the order. Thereafter, I had to complain to the Deputy Registrar. Deputy Registrar held a hearing on 21st Sept 2026.
When i was waiting for the hearing, three members came from the society. This was unusual because for a long time they were not attending the hearings.

After around 10 minutes the local politician came. Two men around 25 to 28 years old came with him. After 5 minute the politician  left but the two men stayed on.

They were wearing a white shirt & black trousers. I thought that they were lawyers. However, when they walked in the cabin they did not put the lawyer's bow. Inside the cabin they did not speak anything.

Inside the cabin the society members started the same old story and created a ruckus.

I told the Deputy Registrar that the overbilling issue is sub-judice in co-operative court. Still the society members kept on harping the same. I told the Deputy Registrar that the issue over here is implementation of DJR order.

Deputy Registrar then asked both parties to give submissions in writing in 8 days. I asked to make it in 15 days. Even the copy of the complaint that I  made has to be given to them.

Now my queries :-
1)    Will there be a hearing at Deputy Registrar level to implement the Divisional Joint Registrar order?
2)    What should I do now ?
3)    Society till date has not gone to the high court for appeal. What tricks could the opposite party do to delay or scuttle the DJR order ?

4) Any other relevant guideance will be appreciated ?
Hope to see many responses & many thanks in advice for the same,
Regards,
Dr. Veerendra Darakh

Quick Summary
This discussion concerns a user's struggle to get a Divisional Joint Registrar's order implemented after their housing society refused membership. A hearing was held at the Deputy Registrar's level, where unusual individuals, including a local politician and two men, were present. The user is seeking clarification on why a hearing is necessary for implementation, what steps to take next, and potential tactics the society might use to delay the order. They are also asking for general guidance on the process.

The case is stated to be adjourned for 21st September 2026, is yet to see light of the day, wait for it.

What is relevance of politician with 2 others stated to have been entering the office of Deputy Registrar ?

Q 1. No, Deputy Registrar cannot take up the case to implement the order passed by his higher authority, untill it is so directed.

Q 2 to 4 are hypothetical.

Neither facts nor query is clear, redraft in simple language.

Please excuse typo. Hearing DID HAPPEN on 21st July 2026.

I have been told by my  lawyers that the Deputy Registrar will implement the order of Divisional Joint Registrar if the society does not implement it.

My Queries :- Why should there be a hearing to implement the Divisional Joint Registrars order ?

All submissions & arguments are already done in Divisional Joint Registrars hearing.
Deputy Registrar has to now only implement the order.

Hope to see many responses and many thanks in advance for the same.

It would be appropriate to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for proper appreciation of facts/documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding.
