I had filed a case against builder who took money and didn't gave possession of land due to rera registration.
Rera court after hearing gave order to builder to give possession.
Builder filed appeal at rera tribunal but same order against builder.
Now I had filed execution in rera regarding his order to handover possession.
Rera order Ssp and DM to execute his order regarding the possession to applicant.
Dm and ssp not doing anything regarding order of rera.
Rera again wrote to them but no action.
Now I want to ask can contempt against dm and ssp be filed in High court or simply writ to decide the rera order.
