Whom to pay 'cost' in family court

In general proceedings some time judge give adjournment etc with cost of rs 50 etc

i want to pay the cost to my wife who is opposite party not her lawyer , is it possible , the goal is to force wife to visit court as she never (from last 1.5 year almost not visited court) come in court.

further i have given application in family court for reffering the case in counselling center in a bid to force wife to visit court ,but that application is just part of the file judge made no order/instruction for same

my wife is valid passport holder , i think that she may leave anytime , can i stop her by impounding her passport etc

When your wife is not present how come you will pay the cost  to your wife, You cannot force her to be present before the court to receive the payment.  For her presence you dont waste your money, proceed with the case.
