I am working in HR Department, our employees are working in various location accross india.our industry is Oil and Gas Industry.our main office in mumbai.request you to please clarify the following points.
1) Is there Mine act is applicable or other Act.?
2) Which labour legislation is applicable for those employees and also oil and gas Industry?
3) which labour legislations is applicable for offshore oil-drilling platforms.
4) suppose employee is working in accros india and his appointment letter has been dispatched from mumbai corporate office.he is never reporting to mumbai office please suggest either his attendance register and wages register should maintain in mumbai corporate office? should i mention those employees headcount under shops and establishment act registration?
