hello sir,
wife has filed a case under section 354 D
court framed charges without considering voice of the accused and complainant.
complainant is wife of the accused, the same was admitted by the complainant.
court has given judgement blindly, convicted for 1 year, fined 2000
now i dont wana go for appeal, because my honour has gone.
can i ask the high court to revoke the judgement adn reproduce the same by same magistrate. because magistrate has done a mistake?
