I read the grievance of LCI member without revealing his identity in which he has asserted that he has kicked twice on his vital parts by his wife and is now seeking divorce on this ground
I don't think that merely allegations are sufficient to prove his grounds unless he should brought some medical report that he has been hit by the wife?
If he brought the report then alone this will not be sufficient to grant him divorce only on this ground as the wife can seek defence on this ground that she has used it for her private defence as husband usually caused physical/mental cruelty to him and she has no option by defending in this way?
