What is the approax time taken for property case to get over

I want to know approax time taking for my property case in the court to get over ?

I want to make simple about the case suite in the court.

A is the first seller to B in a contract of 6 months of 10 acres of agriculture land in Trichy, tamil nadu.

B was not able to pay full amount for 10 Acres in time, price per acre is Rs 4 lac. paid advance 10 lacs.

After 2 years B was didnt had money to buy. So A and B come to a conclusion that to buy only for the amount paid ( 10 lacs). B gave another 10 lacs, A disagree to sell the land for the same price which was about 2 years later. so A sold 3.5 acres to B.

A the found a new buyer i.e. C and sold the rest of 6.5 acres.

C after some time sold 2 arces to D.

This is the suite. in the court. -

Now the B is going to court to suite the A. stating that the contract of the price was 4 lac per acre. But A sold him the land for 5.71 lac per acre. B wants the return of the 1.71 lacs per arce excess back.

- I am the D who has bought the 2 arces from C.

I have requested for discount the case on me.

I want to know approax time taking for my property case in the court to get over ?

Time cannot be said because it depends on the pendency of the suits in the court.
