You have posted that:

---The land was owned by your father's grandfather. If your father's grandfather died without disposing it in his life time by a valid deed e.g. WILL/Gift/sale etc then it shall devolve upon his ClassI legal heirs and as per succession laws on date of his death, e.g. wife, sons , daughters.

---Your grandfather is one of his legal heirs.

---Your grandfather's share shall devolve  upon  as per succession laws on date of his death, e.g. wife, sons , daughters.....

 

So obtain the chain of title of ownership from local revenue office (patwaari), copy of WILL and show these to an able counsel specializing in family/revenue/property/civil matters and well versed with local laws and understand the merits and options.

 

 

I am 18 years old and now me and my mom became helpless after my father's death please help . we are having 22 acres of land in which my uncle told that they have only 18 acres land " rin pustika " so now this was distributed 2 acres of land was given to my father's sister and rest of them was to distributed among 3 brothers this was done before Panchayat and patwari at that time he didn't showed that will next day he submitted that will at SDM office that will contains " Maine sewa kiya hai isliye mujhe 3 acres of land extra milna chahiye share ke alawa. " this was just written in a 500 RS stamp paper and it was signed by my grandfather but he didn't registered yet the name of my uncle in that land . This will was a cheat because we all looked after my grandfather he had done this because he is having bad relation with my aunty I want to ask 1 question whether only children have responsibility to look after their parents but parents do not have any responsibility to look after their children when they are in pain because of my grandfather's bad relation he didn't helped my father and he took this step . We have acquired an advocate against his will but because of our self respect we had not told these matter to advocate whether WE SHOULD tell these thing to that advocate or by telling these we can win these case and how can we prove this to judge as you know our law needs proof?
