Hello, I would like to bring to the notice of all for support.. some incidents taken place when I was in Clerical cadder. I issued legal notice to the officials and lodged police complaint against the officials. Considering all I was given pramotion and after laps of 14 months I was issue Charge Sheet and given punishment. Now any one can tell me about the "Washed off Theory" evolved by Supreme Court of India.
