I am 35 years married before 5 years living outside india having two kids( girl 4.7 and boy 1.3 years). Husband working in multinational company. both of or parents lives in india(same town).
Husband's father was mental patient. His sister(35 years) is also mental patient .
Husband constantly arguing with me. He used to tell me about his various affairs.but he take doubt on my character. he purchase all the property on his brothers name and mothers name.
MAny times he is voilent with me and kids. My in laws(his mother,brother,brothers wife) never give any support to me. He threten me to kill me and kids if i try to meet my parents. he check my phone ,my mails. After marriage he use to send me mail by fake IDs using abusing language. I left home 2 times but returned to him the same day as he apologised me.
but now i cant bare this tension any more. as he abuse me my parents continuously.
i want divorce.but i want my both kids with me forever. i dont want his property,jwellery or anything from him. right now i m jobless.but i can work after returning india. my parent is retired but he can help me.
please advice me.
