we own a 22×100 site , & in registration papers it is clearly specified as home and its our ancestoral property of around 100 years back constructed, but now we planned to construct house, the neighbours are saying that one side of our wall belongs to them, and they threatened about court n stay.
what should be the procedure done to resolve the issue
