:- i am 31 years old married and presently staying with my elder brother, my wife has filed 498a against me & my father. She submited 1 more case against me after 498a tht i have done roburry in my own house and taken her documents of Rs.50000/-
:- i have 7 years baby boy and right now he is with her. very earlier in our marriage starting days we have some family issues were there but my mother solved all the issue raised by my wife. last year my mother dies and after that my wife filed case on me & my father. she has post small saving agency & a school teacher in reputed local school. on our marriage my parents gave gold & other ornaments which prince in present market are Rs.6-7 lacs
:- in regards to 498a, my father submitted letter to SP local office that they never ask for dawary or any releated to dawary. Even our cast more than 100 peaple have signed on the same latter. now i wants to file divorce against her. on personal meating with mine & my father, SP tolad us that he met with my wife before us and he gave us sujection that be aware of her and take extra care of that in near future she can do this type of cases on us if we call her and settel our case outside court. she also harrasing my relative & frnds to whom she know, even i have given my all the
:- from other source she is demanding a huge amount of my son & her maintenance. if she ready for divorce, i can give my son's maintenance nt her cos she is earning more than my salary. she also refuse to give back our ornaments which we gave her on our marriage & my son's birthday
:- before 3 years back we have been seperated for more then 1.5 years and afferts of my parents we stay togather for only 11 months.
:- our seperation time is more then year, now i want to file divorce against my wife.
pls adive how to defend her and get divorce
