If the Paternal Grandmother is owner of an estate/property she can dispose it by a valid/registered deed (say WILL) by her sweet will in anyone’s favor.
It is better to register the WILL.
Registered WILL may not be set aside on the counts of authenticity.
It shall also be better to get examined from a specialist doctor (preferably psychiatrist from govt hospital) and certifiy that testator is mentally sound (to sign a valid WILL).
