Vacation of house

Father had 3surviving son's and forth deceased son' family occupying portion of house owned by him.Before his death he gifted the house by registered deed to three surviving son's without giving any share to family of deceased son. He also disowned the family of deceased son The family of deceased son are neither paying rent to new owner(other three sons) nor vacating the portion occupied by them Pl suggest legal remedies
