I m an practicing advocate based out of Mumbai. I would like to know what are the type of land or revenue record availabe in the following state from which the nature or permitte usage of a particular land can be ascertained for the purpose of issuance of Title Report?
For ex. :- In Bangalore in Karnataka- A CDP (Comprehensive Development Plan) issued by Town Planning Authority
In Mumbai- DP (Development Permission) issued by Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai/ BMC.
In Rural or area falling outside city limits in Mumbai will have 7/12 uttara.
I would like to know this information in the following manner.
