Urgent help: lawyer missed argument session

What about the fees I've paid..also if and when a settlement happens do I have to pay the lawyer again?

But you can very well tell him to file written arguments as he would not be missing any points . Thanks Stanley. What my Lawyer said was, the date was given for Interim Order on 3rd of October and He needs to Advance with the OP lawyer and bring forth before the next hearing. [My lawyer has filed the objections to the case filed earlier in written.] After that missed two hearing causing an interim order date.

What should be my next steps from here on? What you suggest? I somehow need to keep postponing without any interim order.
