Unknown person's name in 7/12 extract

The 7/12 extract of our land contains a person's name, whose whereabouts can't be traced. I wish to clear the same name so that title of our property becomes clear.

7/12 extract of our land in Maharashtra looks like the above specimen..

1. My father purchased partial ownership rights from one of the earlier owners of the land.
2. My father also purchased tenancy rights (का. कुळ) of the land.
3. The land is in our possession for 20+ years without interruption by anyone.
4. As per mutation documents, person X’s name was included after legal heirs search was done in year 1942, also there has been no legal activity on person X’s name ever since then.
5. At present no one knows the whereabouts of person X, so buying their rights is not possible.
6. Because of person X’s name in 7/12 extract, we are unable to do any development in this land.

How can we get rid of person X’s name from 7/12 extract?
