i am having a case whereby my client has been thrown out by her husband from her matrimonial home and her assets were retained by the husbang including gold.I want to recover the same.Suggest me wot will i do can i file sec 202 crpc postponement of process to get back the retained items.Plz help otherwise the husband will alienate all her valuables.
