I am a residing in a gated community in hyderabad.
Our residents welfare association has been registered in 2012.
and since the inception , there are no by-laws written and no proper accounting is done for the year 13-14.
Anyone, members of the association and residents, who raises the question is subjected to offensive and abusive behaviour of the office bearers. there have been incidences of threats or beating up of residents .
Please suggest what steps are to be taken to solve the issue.
