I bought an open plot in Byramalguda, Hyderabad in 2002. Later came to know that survery No. is marked under ULC (No notice to me so far from anyone). I somewhere read that ULC is taken off during 2005. does it mean that my plot is free from ULC? If I need to get the clearance, what are the charges applicable? How easy or difficult is the process? I do have the municipal number associated to my plot as it is partially have a shed constructed in it. What would be regularization charges for that construction, what way it is calculated? Please advise. Any help/advise is highly appreciated.
