Two wheeler accident

Last December 2017 I was asked to lift to a stranger while going the bike met with an accident. I called 108 ambulance the ambulance came to the spot but their relative refused to take in 108 ambulance they called private ambulance and went to the hospital. After a week the called me and settle the bill amount I replied them i am not drive the bike and not even know that person. After a week the filed case against me in the local police station and the local cop trace my address and I went to the police station and given statement. I thought the case was over but after six months now the case was investigating by DSP. I just went to DSP office two officer enquiries me along with opposite party. The opposite party told to officers this guy agrees to pay hospital amount and they have two eyewitness. I didn't said this eyewitness was created by the opposite party. What should I do in this situation . I thought to help somebody but now I am in hectic situations
