Hello, Anticipatory bail is rejected two times in high court for the criminal case filed in 2016, The second peition was filed after 18 months of the FIR date, but still the bail was rejected, May i know why the SECTION 167 CRPC is not considered.
Does this section 167 CRPC is not applicable to Anticipatory bail ?
Please explain. What is the next step after two rejection and no hope on next petition too... is there any option except surender ?
