Transfer property by doing fake signature.

Hi,

This case is related to my friend and I want expert's advice on this. Please help.

Grandfather has a business and he was registered as director on it. He has 3 son. But two of them died long time ago. Only younger one left now. But in 2013, younger son transfer this business under his name by doing fake signature of grandfather and fake signature of witness as well and becomes director of the business. And we know about this thing last week. Grandfather is still alive and it's not his parental property. He make this property by his own. I wanted to help him to get his property back from son and give it to other 2 son's family since they are left with nothing now.

I am not clear what are his options now and how long the process will take. I will really appreciate expert's advice.

Your grandfather can file a suit for cancellation of the transfer of his son on the same grounds.  Consult a local lawyer and proceed as per his further advise.

Besides filing a  suit for cancellation your friend's grandfather should collect all possiblle evidence (including the document created by his surviving son)and lodge a FIR for cheating and defrauding.

Engage a local lawyer to proceed in professional manner.
