Transfer of property from mother name to son

Hi, Have a nice day, We are 2 brothers and a sister am one of the son. my father bought a property name on my mother, now some family issues no one is care of my parents younger son only take care of them. now my parents said we are going to transfer our property to on only younger son because who is take care of us. My question is elder brother and sister can get any share of from their is possible or ?

From your name it is believed that you are Muslim.

Which faith you follow e.g; Shia, Sunni.....?
