Transfer of property

I have 35℅ share in a property received through a Gift. Now I transfer 75℅share to my wife and 02 children in the said share. How can I give them to the same. What documents should I made

You first have to get your 35% property divided, identified, demarcated.

After that you can divide the property into number of shares in the proportion of your desire, get them demarcated and transfer them to the persons of your choice by executing a registered gift deed individually to each as per your desire.
