We have a apartment property in Gujarat purchased in 2008. It is registered in three names, Mother, younger son and younger son's wife. Now Mother has died. Other family members are Father, Elder son and his family, two married sisters (married before 1994) and living separately. Elder son and his family lives separately. Previously Mother and father were staying with younder son at this purchased property, after mothers death father is staying with either of son as his will.
