My father was a central government employee who expire about 2 years back. My mother expired an year before that leaving behind a son and daughter.
This is my father's self aquired property. My father's father and mother have expired . My grand father about 50 years back and grand mother 18 years back.
We are muslim by religion.
I and my sister both are married. I am 39 and sister is 35.
My father has left no will.My sister has no objection of me transferring the home/property in my name.
I want to know the process of transfering the home in my name.
I have family tree, death certificates, ration card etc as the documents.
Please suggest.
