Transfer of civil petition(partition suit among family)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I (Mrs.Anupama)have filed a Partition suit in District Court in 2009.

I want to transfer the case from district court(Anantapur,Andhra Pradesh) To Hyderabad where high court is currently there.

Is there any possibility. As I am unable to attend the Court as it is remotly present.

Kindly request you to comment.

Thanks & Regards,

Anupama

@ Author,

1. Distance between Hyderabad to Anantapur is 381. km by Road and 402. km by Rails and in no stretch of imagination can be referred to as 'remote' thus covering great distance to attend court hearing is causing  inconvenience to you.

2. Be it so I feel presented ground in your brief for reason to transfer are not sufficient and you will burn (litigation) money attempting to do so. Rest are your choice as it is nobody’s case as made out in the forum.
