Madam/Sir,
We are working as contract staff in one of the central government autonomous body instituition. We filed a case against admin last year for regularization of our service in CAT and get stay still working, but our dept. officer transfered the 4 contract staffs who involved in the case to different places (2 transfers in 6 months) and also issue memo to them by means fake oral complaint given by a senior regular staff.
what can we do in this situation and also transfer and memo is possible and effective during the case still in CAT.
