Dear Sir,
I want to buy a legal heir certificate for my deceased Mother who died before 25 Years. I have only Death Certificate of my Mother and I don’t have any other proof than that. In my Birth Certificate, Spelling of my mother name is wrong. What to do in that case? Please guide me.

There is NOPROVISION of BUYING ( ????) of legal heir certificate, after death of a family member, ( lapsing of period is ir-relevant) ,but one has to approach Civil Court for a declaration of Probate, prefer a Civil lawyer , either a seasoned Junior will do , it takes around a period of 6 months to year to get it. making of a affadavit , stating your mothers name as corrected one is like so...and so.. and not so.. and so... is sufficient to prove the same.

It is not sold and hence it is not bought.
Tehsildar issues it and inquiry is conducted by designated revenue officials.
Succession Certificate is issued by Court.
Spelling error is to be corrected by respective authority that isued birth certificate.
If spelling in death certificate are correct then it may do.
