I am engaged in some issue with a party. Today I got call from the party where he stated "you have complained and have not got any results.. you are forgetting that you son and daughter in law are doctors.. now see how I trouble them" the call is been recorded. Under what sections of IPC I can file complaint as when I went to police they said they can only bar the party and no other action can be done.
