Termination under temporary service rules for a central govt employee 'group c' after 6 years of se

Hi Sir/Madam,

I was recently terminated on nov 26,2020 after serving 6 years in a wing of MHA. I was given a termination letter without any notice or reason. Basically a terminator simplicitor. Their argument is that I have not completed a mandatory mountaineering training  BMC. So i am still a probationer and so i was terminated according to temporary service rules. The recruitment was for a permanent post group c and had 5 months of induction training too.

2 weeks before the termination, i was involved in a verbal spat with my colleague , my batch mate and i slapped him in the office canteen.

And there have been many memos, warnings and 3 penalties issued to me in my 6 year tenure. I am contesting the case in court. Do i have a chance to win. Are there any merits for my case.

Please advise. Thanks in advance
