Termination

I had joined Ministry of Home Affairs on 12.10.2011. my wife lodged a complaint aganist me on 10.05.2013 under 498a and arrested by the police on 25.06.2013. As per the ccs rule Dept. suspended on 26.06.2013. But After that, Dept terminated me on 27.09.2013. The police didn't submit charge sheet yet. I could't complete probation period.

Is there any hope to get back my job ?

once you are proved innocent by the court, then you may approach the Department to re-instate you in the job. But it would be very tiugh to get back the job in Government Department.
