Term deposit

In a term deposit held with a Bank in joint names of A & B with either or survivor clause, A dies, B wants:

1-The name of the deceased from term deposit should be deleted and the term deposit shall continue as it is in his name only.

2-A loan shall be sanctioned against Term deposit either after acceding to his request as mentioned above or otherwise.
