I have filed TEP to chief comm of income tax,hyderabad and planning to file RTI on 15th of jun...

could someone help me what needed to file RTI.

1)RTI application

2)TEP application

3)10rs postal order purchased in post office

apart from this any other?

one copy of application is fine for RTI? or do i need to send two copies(one copy for ack and sign)

any other suggestions please...

Dear Rajendra,

Please find enclosed herewith draft of RTI Application. Your RTI Application should not be more than 150 words or else your application will be rejected. Need to affix Rs.10/- Court fee stamp on the application. Send RTI Application via Reg. Post A.D. and get the acknowledge copy. You need to only send one copy and affix the sticker on your personal copy as acknowledge proof. You will receive reply within 21 day, if you do not receive reply within 30 days then you can file First Appeal in before the First Appellate Authority
