My grandpa(late in 1981) has 1 son and 3 daughters.The property is home,where we stay right now and conducting mess(hotel) which is my grandpa self acquired.The business is continuing by my father after grandpa passed away.There is no will by my grandparents (grandma passed away in 2001).The property in my grandpa name.
my father had done marriage for the last sister in 1988(other two married in the year 1978 and 1981) and other hindhu mythology things to all those sisters and to her children and he take care of his mother medical expense too...now they all have been asking for equal share in property.my question is,As per tamilnadu amendment act 1989,ppl who married before 1989 have rights on property?If so equal share,he has done the above things till now and what there in equal share...is there any way to proceed further.hoping for reply.
