Suit by a partnership firm

If a partnership firm were to sue its creditor/bank, how would it do so? i) through any partner, or will all of the partners have to sign the vakalatnama? II) will the partenrs have to go through any formalities (like in a company) to appoint an attorney? Many Thanks in advance for your kind guidance.
