Study leave during probation

Dear Experts,

Recently I have received a job offer for the post of Assistant Professor and they have given only 20 days time to report. As I am in midst of my study, I would like to know whether I am entitled to avail the leave to complete my study as per attached G.O.

If University deny my leave what should I do?

Thanks in advance.

Based on the GO referred to by you, it seems you are eligible for the post selected and that you may continue your studies and rejoin the post but before that you may have to communicate the decision in writing to the office of appointment and obtain their permission for sailing on a safer side.

if employer is willing you can get any pother leave including EOL.

Study leave is not admissible to temporary employee under probation.

Thanks for your valuable opinion Sudir Kumar Sir. I mean leave on loss of pay and allowances. I would like to know what kind of leave mentioned in the attached G.O. Is this EOL?

Kalaiselvan Sir, Thanks for your suggestions.  If they don't give permission what should I do?

if not allowed then you are not going on leave.
