DDA has allotted scooter garage(covered) to all the residents other than the flats over stilt area.
The residents over stilt area are suppossed to use the stilt area by sharing it on proportionate basis.
The cost of both the categories of flats are same. Now the problem is people having stilt area parking face contant problem of encroachment from the other residents who are not the user of this stilt area and are having independent closed parking.
In such case can DDA be asked to provide any closed parking to such residents also/or provide any remedy if any case is filed before Honourable High Court.
