Probably you are referring to;

Supreme Court of India

Asian Resurfacing Of Road Agency ... vs Central Bureau Of Investigation on 28 March, 2018

CRIMINAL APPEAL NOS. 1375-1376 OF 2013

Author: A K Goel

Generically Speaking; The stay may expire, automatically and may only be extended by a reasoned speaking order and extention may only be granted in exceptional circumstances wherein the continuation of stay order is warranted more than expeditious final disposal of the trial.

 Your own LOCAL counsel well versed with facts of the matter can guide further and guide best to you.
