in my view a stamp paper can be used anytime after its purchase, in other words there is no expiry date of a stamp paper. it can be returned within 6 months from the date of purchase to be eligible for getting refund. In relation to this there is a supreme court judgement also, I request to please share same. please correct me, where i am wrong.
