Stamp duty

Dear Freind,

Please advise,

Incase of non disclosure undertaking from the emplyee containing penative clause of 7 month gross salary, in case of defauly by the employee,

should be executed on what value of stamp paper.

 Is am correct, it should be 0.1% of monetray value of obligation created under this undertaking subjetc to manimum of Rs. 100/-.

Please coorect me, if required.
