Sports organization registered under Societies ACT does not maintain accounts, does not conduct general body meetitngs, no documents filed at Registrar of Socities. A RTI request shows that no finance document, no General body meeting resolutions filed for last 4 years. I am the only member questioning these improper activities. Without majority of committiee members what is the best way to register a complaint and whom should we register a complaint.
Registrar of societies is not interested in this petition (requesting him investigate and take control of organization) as there is no majority.
This is Karnataka state registered organization. There are few more irregular activities with National organization too, but let us start with state organization.
