Special marriage act, 1954

My Learned friends, wife filed a divorce case in December 2017 in which she did not consider marriage under the Special Marriage Act and she also said that she was not present at the time of marriage. Subsequently, the husband filed a suit for Restitution of Conjugal Right against his wife under section 22 of the Special Marriage Act in February 2018. Both the cases are currently in the Evidence Stage. On June 2019, the wife has filed an application under Section 36 of the Special Marriage Act in RCR case, which was filed by the husband, and she has demanded Rs 25 thousand rupees per month for her maintenance and Rs 58 thousand for litigation amount. Is it justified? he cheated. he is a poor.
