Society registrations

Kindly Attn: To whom so ever it may concern

We have 12 flats in apartment & we are planning to make Society Registration.

Currently, apartment deed is done only for 8 flats out of 12.
Pradhikaran Transfer is done only for 3 flats.

What is way to process society registrations?

Pradhikaran transfer of 9 flat owners?

We would like to understand what needs to be done for those apartment deed is done & whose yet not done.

Do we need to any action on apartment deed before proceeding Society Registartion.
