Dear Friends,
I would like to know regarding the formation of society. I have purchased flat in pune builder had told me that he will form society but in the agreement he has specified that the undivident share and maharashtra ownership act 1970 and he will form association of appartment .
Pls let me know whether he can form society and can flat owners oppose for formation of association of appartment. And if yes what is the procedure to form society.
