My father is the first owner of the flat in thane and my mother is second owner of the flat. We recently want to sell the flat because of medical emergencies at home. My father has been a sincere Chairman and has improved the said society for 10 long years and during the process had difference with flats occupied by builder.
Now builder has won the election during the recent tenure and is currently the chairman of the society. Now if I want to sell the flat, they are created trouble and saying that we have many dues pending with the society for which they are also not giving any written records.
Also, they are telling that because builders will register a case and take the money from my father.
Please help me out, how do I get out from this situations since we have purchasers but they doubt us based on feedback from the society.
