Sir my society collecting monthly non occupancy charges. Over and above this asking noc charges for giving the room on rent. Is this legal as per society act thanks
As per Maharashtra CHS rules the Society can charge only 10% of the monthly maintenance charges less amount of Municipal property tax. Charging anything extra is unlawful.
