If there is Water leakage in terrace flat then is registered co-operative housing society liable to pay for painting expenses in that affected flat

Wel for that you need to check the rules provided by the society under maintenance .If you face the problem of lekage you  inform the society head with your request for fixing for damage caused  thereby.

Terrace of a flat is part of common area to be maintained by the Society.

It is advisable to consult a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts, guidance and proceeding.
